CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be advised, all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Clients will have the option to re-schedule their appointment ONE TIME, PRIOR TO 24 hours of their appointment. Any appointment requiring multiple (more than one) re-schedules will be subject to a new deposit to hold the appointment. Appointments MUST be re-scheduled prior to 24 hours of the originally scheduled time slot. Any Appointment re-schedule requests within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged a 25% re-scheduling fee. NO-SHOWS will be charged 100% of the services missed and will require pre-payment in full to re-book. Thank you in advance for your consideration and respect :)
